The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of confirmation of availability of the bases for provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties, taxes and creation of the conclusions of federal executive bodies about availability of the bases for provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties, taxes approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 24, 2021 No. 2021 "About confirmation of availability of the bases for provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties, taxes" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 48, the Art. 8095).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2022.
