1. Bring in Item 1 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of management system and deregulation in the field of land relations" of April 28, 2021 No. 1423-IX such change:
in paragraph five of the word "in fifteen months from the date of publication of this Law" shall be replaced with words also in figures "since January 1, 2023".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
