The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 25, of Art. 890 with subsequent changes) to exclude item 4 of part five of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication.
2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine entry into force of the subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law, at the same time with entry into force of this law.
