About introduction of amendments to article 624 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of cooperation with the International Criminal Court when carrying out legal proceedings in the territory of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Article 624 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) the following changes:
Part one after the words "The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court will see off" to add 1) with the words "or the employees of the International Criminal Court authorized by it specified in the corresponding request of the International Criminal Court";
To add 2) after part one with new part of the following content:
"2. In case of the authorization such actions can be carried out by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court of other staff of the International Criminal Court on carrying out legal proceedings in the territory of Ukraine only in coordination with the Attorney-General (the acting as the Attorney-General)".
With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
