About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities" concerning elections to structure of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine, presidiums of national industry academies of Sciences, and also heads of the state scientific organizations during action of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About scientific and scientific and technical activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, of Art. 25 with subsequent changes) to add the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. During action of warlike situation in Ukraine according to the decision of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine, presidiums of national industry academies of Sciences, other authorized bodies elections of the president and members of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine, presidiums of national industry academies of Sciences, and also heads of the public scientific institutions can be delayed, but no more than for three months after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.
In case of decision making about elections delay the president and members of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine, presidiums of national industry academies of Sciences and heads of the public scientific institutions fulfill the duties before election according to new structure of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine, presidiums of national industry academies of Sciences and heads of the public scientific institutions".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. In a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
