About modification of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine" concerning establishment of restrictions for appointment of the Director of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine in connection with introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 47, of Art. 2051 with subsequent changes) to add the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. Determine that by results of open competitive selection on holding the post of the Director of the National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine declared in 2022 after entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "Modification of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine" concerning establishment of restrictions for appointment of the Director of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine in connection with introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" person, which after introduction of warlike situation the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX cannot be appointed to position of the Director of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, there were outside Ukraine in total more than 21 day as of the last day of documents acceptance from persons applying for participation in tender specified in the announcement of conditions and terms of carrying out tender holding the post of the Director of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine. The specified restriction does not extend to persons who were outside Ukraine more than the specified term on treatment owing to wound, contusions, mutilations, diseases connected with fulfillment of duties of military service or in business trip in connection with accomplishment of tasks for the benefit of homeland security and defense, implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
