1. Recognize invalid:

the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of April 02, 2009 No. 1438 "About approval of the Procedure for regulation of rates for public telecommunication services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2009 for No. 363/16379 (with changes);

the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of March 30, 2021 No. 126 "About Limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services and recognition by NKRSI which voided decisions of November 26, 2019 No. 564", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2021 for No. 503/36125.

2. To submit to department of the economic analysis in the procedure established by the legislation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
