About introduction of amendments to the Law on social payments on children No. 315/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on social payments on children No. 315/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 19-23, 56), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Article 1 after words of "the adopted children" to add with words of "the children who are in service of placement of family type".

2. In Article 4:

in part (words to "uninsured person" to exclude 2);

part (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) On the children placed in services of guardianship/guardianship, foster education and in orphanage of family type social payments for ensuring their education and care of them are provided.".

3. Parts (2) and (Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(2) the Monthly allowance on child care before achievement of age by it two years, payments on the children placed in services of guardianship/guardianship, foster education and in orphanage of family type, monthly allowance on content of the adopted child, benefit for training continuation, and also daily child allowance are paid in the size approved by the Government.

(3) the Monthly allowance on content of twins or is more than children born from one pregnancy, before achievement of age by them provide three years according to the statement in the amount of 50 percent of the size of monthly allowance on child care before achievement of age by it two years according to part provisions (2) on birth date of the child.".

Art. II. - This law becomes effective since October 1, 2022.
