About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 7 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 11, 2004 No. 274 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 24, Art. 2429; No. 1, the Art. 152) the words "to 15 departments" shall be replaced with words 2021, "to 16 departments".

2. In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2008 No. 400 "About the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 22, Art. 2577; 2021, No. 1, Art. 152; No. 13, the Art. 2078) the words "to 12 departments" shall be replaced with words 2022, "to 13 departments".

3. In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 2, 2008 No. 418 "About the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 23, Art. 2708; 2018, No. 40, Art. 6142; 2021, No. 12, Art. 2001; 19, the Art. 3216) the words "to 18 departments" shall be replaced with words No. "to 19 departments".
