About modification of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" rather additional basis of dismissal from military service during warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. The subitem "g" of Item 2 parts four of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (2006, No. 38, the Art. 324) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the new paragraph of the following content:
"stay dependent on the serviceman of three and more children aged up to 18 years".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within ten days from the date of entry into force of this Law:
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law and bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
