About classification of irrigator of oral cavity and the handle for oral cavity irrigator according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

The handle for oral cavity irrigator presenting itself product from plastic in the form of the case with opening for fixture of nozzles with the button of inclusion (switching off) of giving of stream of water, with hose for connection with the irrigator case, held for use as a part of irrigator for giving of stream of water, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subline item of 8509 90 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
