About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107
According to Items 2 and 3 of Article 266 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, Items 129.14 and 129.15 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. In the text of Items 2 - and Items 2 - 4 tables 1 of appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107 "About the single questions connected with goods for private use" the words "October 1, 2022." shall be replaced with words 4 appendices No. 1 "on April 1, 2023".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2022.
