1. For the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for timely and unbiased interpretation of activities of public authorities accreditation of representatives of mass media of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bodies of the representative and executive authority is performed.
2. The legal status and the principles of professional activity of accredited representatives of mass media (daleekorrespondent) are determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About mass media", "About the principles and guarantees of freedom of information", this Provision, and also provisions of accrediting bodies.
