PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2012 No. 285 "About Oil and gas council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2012 No. 285 "About Oil and gas council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

state heading in the following edition:

"About Energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 10) of article 19 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and for the purpose of implementation of interagency coordination concerning stability and effective development of energy industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Form Energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Council).";

in Regulations on Oil and gas council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

state heading in the following edition:

"Regulations on Energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions";

be reworded as follows Item 1:

"1. The energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Council) is created for the purpose of stable and effective development of energy industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"Chapter 2. Tasks and rights of Council";

and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:

"4. The main objectives of Council are:

1) development of offers on strategic directions of development of energy industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
