About modification of Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2020 No. 2099 "About approval of Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning dairy products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 51, Art. 8482; 2021, No. 49, Art. 8286).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. Add with Item 82 (1) the following content:
"82(1). Till May 31, 2025 (inclusive) in connection with introduction concerning the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature within the transactions providing transition of the property right to dairy products and also within commission agreements, and (or) agency agreements, and (or) works agreements participants of turnover of dairy products create the transfer notice (acceptance) in format of the universal transfer document, sign the strengthened digital signature of both participants of turnover of dairy products, and in time no more than 3 working days from the date of goods acceptance such notification goes to information system of monitoring by the operator of electronic document management.".
2. In Item 83 of the word "Within Transactions" shall be replaced with words "Since June 1, 2025 within transactions".
