Article 1.

Found medals of the Kyrgyz Republic "Kayrymduuluk ўчўн" ("For charity") and "Emgek of ardagera" ("The veteran of work").

Article 2.

The medal "Kayrymduuluk ¸ch¸n" ("For charity") awards citizens and legal entities, voluntarily and disinterestedly (gratuitously or on favorable terms) engaged:

- transfer to citizens or legal entities of property, including money, disinterested performance of works, provision of services, social support and protection of citizens, including improvement of financial position of needy citizens, social resettlement of the unemployed, disabled people and other persons who owing to the physical or intellectual features, other circumstances are not capable to exercise independently the rights and legitimate interests;

- assistance in preparation of the population for overcoming effects of natural disasters, environmental, industrial or other disasters, to assistance to victims of natural disasters, environmental, industrial or other disasters, social, national, religious conflicts, victims of repressions, refugees and displaced persons;

- assistance in activities in the field of education, science, culture, art, education, to spiritual development of the personality; assistance in protection and due content of the buildings, objects and the territories having historical, religious, cultural or nature protection value and places of burial.
