1. Establish for 2023 admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation the following types of activity provided by the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OK 029-2014 (Edition KDES 2):

a) cultivation of vegetables (code 01.13. 1) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

b) forestry and logging (code 02) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

c) processing of wood and production of products from tree and stopper, except furniture, production of products from straws and materials for weaving (code 16) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

d) construction (Section F) - in the amount of 80 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) wholesale trade by wood raw materials and the raw forest products (code 46.73.1) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) wholesale trade by timber (code 46.73.2) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

g) retail trade by alcoholic beverages, including beer, in specialized shops (code 47.25.1) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

h) retail trade by tobacco products in specialized shops (code 47.26) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

i) retail trade by medicines in specialized shops (drugstores) (code 47.73) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;
