1) Article 166 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The services and (or) works which are among services and (or) works on capital repairs of common property in the apartment house rendering and (or) accomplishment of which are financed by fund of capital repairs which are created proceeding from the minimum size of fee on capital repairs and which is included in the list specified regarding 1 this Article determined by regulatory legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation according to the methodical recommendations approved by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of housing and communal services.";
