"5. Action of exclusive right on the invention, useful model, industrial design and the patent certifying this right, including the additional patent, is nullified or stops ahead of schedule on the bases and according to the procedure which are provided by Articles 1398 and 1399 of this Code.
Prolongation of effective period of exclusive right on the invention relating to such product as medicine, pesticide or agrochemical, and actions of the additional patent certifying it is nullified in case of violation of conditions, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles.
Prolongation of effective period of exclusive right on the invention and actions of the additional patent certifying it in case of violation of conditions, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles, can be disputed by giving of objection in federal executive body on intellectual property according to procedure, stipulated in Item 2 articles 1398 of this Code.
If prolongation of effective period of exclusive right on the invention and actions of the additional patent certifying it is nullified, the additional patent is cancelled from the date of, the termination of effective period of the patent established according to Item 1 of this Article following behind day.".
