Article 1

Bring in Article 52 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3012; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3392; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5110) following changes:

Part 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

with the claim for recognition invalid the transactions made with violation of the law, establishing special economic measures, corrective actions (counteraction) on unfriendly actions of foreign states, and about application of effects of invalidity of such transactions.";

Part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. The prosecutor has the right to go into the case considered by Arbitration Court at any stage of arbitral procedure with procedural law and obligations of person participating in case for the purpose of law enforcement:

on the categories of cases specified regarding 1 this Article;

in case of consideration of the applications about issue of writ of execution on forced execution of the decision of reference tribunal;

in case of consideration of the applications about recognition and carrying out of foreign judgements and foreign arbitral decisions;
