Article 1

Article 20 to add 1) with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:

"6. Members of cooperative have the right to hold general meeting of members of cooperative according to the procedure, provided by the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 181.2 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, according to the procedure established by the charter of cooperative.

7. Decisions of general meeting of members of cooperative can be made without holding meeting (correspondence voting) according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 1.1 Articles 181.2 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. Decisions of general meeting of cooperative for questions of adoption of the charter of cooperative in the new edition, introduction of amendments to the charter of cooperative and amendments to it, reorganization of cooperative, liquidation of cooperative, election of governing bodies of cooperative, alienation of the earth and fixed assets of production of cooperative, their acquisition, and also transactions if the decision on this matter is carried by this Federal Law or the charter of cooperative to competence of general meeting of members of cooperative, cannot be accepted without holding meeting (correspondence voting).";

2) in Article 26:

a) in Item 12 the second offer to exclude;
