Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 11, 1995 No. 135-FZ "About charity and volunteering (volunteering)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 33, Art. 3340; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2708; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2010, No. 52, Art. 6998; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2308; 2018, No. 7, Art. 975; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5307) following changes:

Item 1 of Article 2 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"assistance in delivery of health care in the organizations providing medical care;

assistance to law-enforcement bodies (police) and other law enforcement agencies in protection of public order in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 17.1:

a) in Item 1:

in subitem 3:

in the paragraph the second to replace the words "or on insurance of his life or health or in shape" with the word "or";

the fourth to declare the paragraph invalid;

add with subitem 3.1 of the following content:

"3. indemnification of life or to health of the volunteer (volunteer) caused when implementing of voluntary (volunteer) activities by it;";

b) add with Items 1.1 - 1.5 following of content:
