Item 4.1 of Article 17 to state 1) in the following edition:
"4.1. If own shares belonging to society to which accession was performed are not subject to repayment according to the subitem 3 of item 4 of this Article, such shares shall be realized by society at the price not below their market value no later than one year after their acquisition by society, otherwise society shall in reasonable time make the decision on reduction of the authorized capital by repayment of such shares.";
To add 2) with Article 27.1 of the following content:
"Article 27.1. Own shares belonging to society
Own shares belonging to society do not grant voting power, are not considered in case of counting of votes, are not recognized being in circulation for the purpose of this Federal Law, according to them dividends are not charged.";
3) in paragraph five of Item 1 of Article 34 the first offer to exclude, the second offer to state in the following edition: "Within one year from the date of transition to society of the property right to shares society shall make the decision on reduction of the authorized capital or for the purpose of payment of the authorized capital based on the solution of the board of directors (supervisory board) of society to realize the acquired shares at the price not below their market value.";
