About acceptance in citizenship of the Russian Federation in the simplified procedure for the foreign citizens who signed contracts on passing of military service, and members of their families

For the purpose of protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law, according to article 29 of the Federal Law of May 31, 2002 "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 62-FZ:

1. Determine that in citizenship of the Russian Federation in the simplified procedure according to part eight of article 14 of the Federal Law of May 31, 2002 No. 62-FZ "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" has the right to file applications for admission:

a) the foreign citizens who signed during special military operation contracts on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming for the term of one year;

b) spouses, children (including adopted (adopted) and parents of the foreign citizens called in the subitem "an" of this Item.

2. The foreign citizens called in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decree:

a) submit applications for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation in form according to appendix in any territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the choice;

b) represent together with applications for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation the following documents containing personal data of the applicant, and their copy:

identity document and nationality;

document testimonial of change of surname, name and (or) middle name;
