About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on peasant farms No. 1353/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 14-15, 52), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (2) Article 1 after the word "economy" to add with the word "(household)".

2. In Article 2:

in part (1) "agricultural purpose (further - the parcels of land)" to exclude words;

add Article with parts (4) and (5) the following content:

"(4) the Peasant economy performs activities on the farmlands which are within settlements of the parcels of land occupied with houses, economic constructions and kitchen gardens and also on any other squares or lands according to the legislation.

3. In Article 10:

in Item c) parts (3) words "surnames, names, birth dates," shall be replaced with words "surname, name, birth date, personal identification number (IDNP),";

4. In part (Article 11 of the word "in this primeriya" to exclude 3).

5. In Article 12 to exclude the word "primeriya".

6. In Article 13:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the Peasant economy is subject to registration by the founder in territorial structure of body of state registration in which zone of competence there is administrative and territorial unit of the first level in which the founder possesses the parcel of land. In case the founder possesses the parcels of land which are in borders of two or more administrative and territorial units of the first level, the application for registration of peasant economy is submitted in territorial structure of body of state registration at the choice of the founder.";
