Projects concerning signing, approval, adoption of the international treaty and on accession to it are approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 5 (five) working days.
If the project is being approved with state body more than 3 (three) working days (in the Ministries of Justice, finance, national economy and foreign affairs – 5 (five) working days) and the answer on it is not provided, such project is considered by default "approved".
Drafts of legal acts, except for drafts of codes, are approved by state bodies within 5 (five) working days (The Ministry of Justice within 7 (seven) working days). Drafts of codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan are approved by state bodies within 7 (seven) working days (The Ministry of Justice within 10 (ten) working days).".
