The procedure for introduction and adoption of offers on review of provisions of Chapters 1, for 2, 9 Constitutions of the Russian Federation is established according to article 135 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation the Federal constitutional Law on the Constitutional Meeting and the Federal constitutional Law on referendum of the Russian Federation.
