1. In the Order of the Government No. 108/2005 about approval of the Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 24-25, 162), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution the text "To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words to "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the Ministry of Health";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Items 15 and 15-1 the text "in subitems a), c) and d)" to replace with the text "in subitems a) - d)";

b) in Item 17 the text "before emergence of the correct / complete information, but no more than 30 days" to replace with the text "no more than for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of data from the medical certificate";

c) declare Item 19 invalid;
