About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit

Based on the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 1-1 of figure "500" to replace with figures "700";

b) state Item 1-2 in the following edition:

"1-2. Considering the rate of inflation as of the end of previous year expressed by growth of consumer prices in December of the corresponding year in comparison with the same month of prior year, in the amount of percent 13,94, on April 1, 2022 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed with coefficient of indexation of 1,1394 and after indexation constitutes:

a) on the adult family member - 1 363 leu;

b) on the child - 1 418 lei.";

c) in Item 2 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 3:

in paragraph one:

subitems a), b), e) and f) state in the following edition:

"a) reached the age necessary for award of pension on age according to the legislation;

b) are persons with the heavy or expressed restrictions of opportunities or are persons with average restrictions of opportunities since the childhood;";
