About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703

Based on subitems 1.2 and 1.3 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z

1. Bring in the Rules of sale of separate types of goods and implementation of public catering approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703, the following changes:

in Item 2:

after the paragraph of third to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"the meat-processing organization - the organization performing activities for conversion of meat and other products of slaughter of animals, production, storage and realization of meat products;";

after the paragraph of the seventh to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"the poultry-farming organization - the organization performing activities for content, cultivation and chicken farming;";

after the paragraph of the ninth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"agricultural organization - the organization which core activity is cultivation (production or production and conversion) of agricultural products which proceeds from sales constitute at least 50 percent from the total amount of revenue for the previous calendar year;";

add Item 33 with subitem 33.5 of the following content:

"33.5. in shopping facilities of the fresh, cooled or refrigerated parts of carcass of bird (including semi-carcass, quarter timber front and back, breast, fillet, ham, shin, hip, wing, back) except for made by meat-processing, poultry-farming and agricultural organizations.".

2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
