About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1310), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3-1 of appendix No. 3 the text "The Ministry of Education, culture and researches" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research".

2) in Item 7-1 of appendix No. 4:

a) after the word "Alpha" to add with the words "and Anti-terrorist center";

b) after the sixth paragraph with hyphen to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"-the government employee with special status of department No. 2 of investigation of crimes of terrorism financing, arms trafficking, explosive and radioactive materials of Management of investigation of money laundering offenses and to financing of terrorism of the National inspectorate of investigations of the General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;";

c) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"-the government employee with special status of Service according to the prevention and anti-money laundering;";

Items 4 and the 5th appendices No. 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4. In case for certain workers from personnel of budget units owing to application of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere the monthly salary calculated for position with normal duration of working hours constitutes less than 3500 lei, compensation payments are provided to them.

5. Compensation payment is determined as difference between the amount of 3500 lei and the monthly salary calculated according to provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere and recalculated in proportion actually to worked time.".
