About measures for further expansion of the export potential of subjects of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of realization of the tasks determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2022 No. UP-60 "About the Strategy of Development for New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026" and open dialogue of 2022 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs, and also further enhancement of system of support of export activities:

1. Determine that since November 1, 2022:

if the currency amount which did not arrive within one export contract does not exceed 5 percent of cost of all products shipped for export, it is not considered as overdue receivables and the penalty is not applied to the subject of entrepreneurship. This regulation is also applied to the cases taking place till November 1, 2022;

export of seeds of melon (code according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 1207 70 000 0), castor-bean trees (code according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 1207 30 000 0), mustard is allowed (codes according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 1207 50 100 0, 1207 50 900 0), safflower (code according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 1207 60 000 0).

Approve the offer of the Ministry of investments and foreign trade on program implementation "New Uzbekistan - the country of competitive products" (further - the Program), directed to selection of the export companies by open tender, their transformation into the leading exporters and full support.

At the same time within the Program selection of the export companies is made on the basis of the following criteria:

the export companies shall be registered as the legal entity and perform activities within at least two last years;

the amount of the finished goods exported within the last 12 months shall exceed 1 million US dollars;

the share of receipts from export in the total amount of revenue shall exceed 30 percent;
