About formation of the Namangan institute of the textile industry

1. Form in the city of Namangan the Namangan institute of the textile industry (further - Institute).

Determine that educational process at Institute begins from 2023/2024 academic years and it will be organized on the basis of credit and modular system.

2. Determine the main objectives of Institute:

preparation competitive in the labor market, highly skilled with the higher education and research and educational personnel for industries of the textile industry, and also retraining and advanced training of specialists;

implementation of educational programs together with the leading foreign highest educational organizations, including on the basis of joint educational programs and carrying out scientific research;

strengthening of integration of education and production, establishing qualification practice of students in the profile organizations, the organization of branches of departments and training for professors-teachers;

orientation of educational process to forming at students of skills of independent knowledge acquisition, systems analysis, creative thinking and development of practical, including entrepreneurial skills;

implementation in educational process of the best foreign practices, in particular modern educational technologies, providing the open information and education circle;

increase in scientific and pedagogical potential, in particular the organization of training and advanced training of professors-teachers in the prestigious domestic and foreign highest educational organizations and research centers.

3. Determine that at Institute educational process will be organized together with the prestigious foreign highest educational organizations, including on the basis of joint educational programs.
