1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Economics and finance and Agency on rendering services in agricultural industry (further - the Agency of agricultural services) about allocation in Fund of development of gardening and greenhouse facility of additional budget advance in the amount of 200 billion sum on annual 10 percent rate for a period of 12 months, including 11-month grace period, at the expense of the means provided for rendering the state support of fruit and vegetable industry.

Assign to the Ministry of Economics and finance task on ensuring allocation of additional budget advance within year at the expense of the returned means according to the request of the Agency of agricultural services. At the same time to determine that the total amount of debt on the allocated budget advance shall not exceed 200 billion sum within this resolution.

2. According to the recommendation of heads of project offices of the Agency of agricultural services and assistants to hokim of areas (cities) concerning development of entrepreneurship, employment of the population and reducing poverty in махаллях the means specified in Item 1 of this resolution with the direction of the Agency of agricultural services to commercial banks as resource are allocated:

to agricultural enterprises - for delivery of seeds, fertilizers, fuel, remedies of plants for cultivation of fruit, grapes, potatoes, vegetables, melon, greens and herbs, bean and oil-bearing crops (further - crops);

to the companies for conversion, storage and export of products - for replenishment of the current assets necessary for purchase of the made crops.
