About approval of the target program of strategic development of the chemical and gas-chemical industry

For the purpose of production of new types of chemical and gas-chemical products by deep conversion of local mineral raw material resources, attraction of domestic and foreign direct investments in industry, and also according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2022 No. UP-60 "About the Strategy of Development for New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026":

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Ministry of investments and foreign trade and JSC Uzkimyosanoat on creation:

technological clusters "The Navoiy chemical technopark", "The Fergana chemical technopark" and "Karakalpakstansky chemical technopark" (further - technological clusters) for the purpose of the organization of activities of chemical and technological research and production clusters;

directorates on management of each technological cluster in case of establishment of JSC Uzkimyosanoat in the form of limited liability companies (further - directorates);

Project office on coordination of activities of chemical and gas-chemical technological clusters as a part of JSC Uzkimyosanoat (further - Project office).

2. Approve:

Borders of the territories which are part of technological clusters according to appendix No. 1 *;

The list of the parcels of land transferred from category of lands of agricultural purpose to category of lands of industrial function for expansion of technological cluster "The Navoiy chemical technopark" according to appendix No. 2*.

3. With JSC Uzkimyosanoat together with the Ministry of investments and foreign trade in three-months time to attract the foreign companies or the consultants having the best practices in this sphere for the purpose of the effective organization of activities of technological clusters and directorates.

4. Determine that:
