About application of some Presidential decrees of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of application of some presidential decrees of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Determine that:

a) prohibitions, stipulated in Item 3 Presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of February 28, 2022 No. 79 "About application of special economic measures in connection with unfriendly actions of the United States of America and the foreign states and the international organizations which adjoined them", do not extend to the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, International Bank for Economic Cooperation, the International investment bank, New development bank, the Russian-Kyrgyz Fund of development;

b) the procedure (execution) of transactions (transactions) provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2022 No. 81 "About additional temporary measures of economic nature for ensuring financial stability of the Russian Federation" does not extend to transactions (transaction) with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, International Bank for Economic Cooperation, the International investment bank, New development bank;

c) the procedure for obligation fulfillment provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2022 No. 95 "About temporary procedure for obligation fulfillment before some foreign creditors" does not extend to obligation fulfillment before the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, International Bank for Economic Cooperation, the International investment bank, New development bank, the Russian-Kyrgyz Fund of development, except for obligations according to which rights to claim were yielded to the specified organizations after March 1, 2022 by the foreign creditors called in Item 1 of this Decree;
