In recent years in the country consecutive reforms on providing the population with additional sources of the income for reducing poverty, to effective use of garden plots of the population, increase in food products and maintenance of price stability in the markets are performed.

Along with it for the purpose of financial support of the entrepreneurial initiatives of the population directed to income acquisition, increase in share of Dehkan farms in cultivation of agricultural products and further expansion of opportunities in industry of fruit-and-vegetable growing the cotton and grain areas are reduced, the system of transfer to lease to the population of land from hectare 0,15 to 2 hectares for a period of 30 years by means of open electronic tender is implemented.

For the purpose of increase in amount of cultivation of agricultural products by stable providing with water of garden plots of the population and Dehkan farms, the territories, located on hardly accessible for water supply, and according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 16, 2021 No. PP-54 "About additional measures for increase in efficiency of use of garden plots and financial support of entrepreneurial initiatives of the population":

1. Make changes and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

prolongation for a period of up to January 1, 2026 procedure for the direction of funds from the Government budget for compensation of part of the expenses connected with drilling of vertical irrigating wells for irrigation of garden plots of the population, Dehkan farms and removed from turnover of the areas, purchase and installation of means of production of water from the rivers, canals and other water objects in the territories, hardly accessible for water supply;
