Some questions of transfer to lease of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for warlike situation and within three months after its termination or cancellation the state company "Guarantor service" has the right to lease state-owned property without holding the auction.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2021, No. 28, the Art. 1587, No. 51, the Art. 3151) and of April 28, 2021 No. 630 "Some questions of calculation of the rent for state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 51, Art. 3151; 2022, No. 46, the Art. 2528) changes which are applied.

1. In appendices to the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483:

Appendix 1 to add 1) with Item 3-2 of the following content:

"3-2. The state company "Guarantor service" for providing catering services and trade servicing of employees of public authorities, and also bodies (devices) formed for ensuring activities of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and also for the organization of servicing of official and representative actions the charter of the state company";
