About creation of the register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of creation of the code of exact information on quality and amount of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Create the register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. Determine that:

* in the register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic it is recorded real state-owned property;

* the register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic consists of the central register and local registers;

* Public service on property questions under the Ministry of Economics (further - Public service) the Azerbaijan Republic is the host of the register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic;

* in Public service of the Azerbaijan Republic the central register, in its local structures - local registers is kept.

3. To charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

* within two months, having prepared the project of the provision "About the Register of State-owned Property in the Azerbaijan Republic" and drafts of other regulatory legal acts for maintaining this register, to provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for approval;

* within three months, having determined the list of real state-owned property at the disposal of the central and local executive bodies, state-owned companies, concerns, associations, managements, the organizations and the companies, and also abroad, to provide inclusion of this property in the register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic and to report about it to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

* resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. Charge to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
