About modification of the Procedure for transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine and imported on customs area of Ukraine in the general fund of the relevant budgets of local self-government

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine and imported on customs area of Ukraine in the general fund of the relevant budgets of local self-government approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2021 No. 232 "Some questions of transfer of part of the excise tax with the fuel made in Ukraine and imported on customs area of Ukraine in the general fund of the relevant budgets of local self-government" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 25, Art. 1191; 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1322), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine and imported on customs area of Ukraine in the general fund of the relevant budgets of local self-government

1. In Item 5 "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word also in figures "appendices 1 and 2".

2. In appendix to the Procedure to replace the word "Appendix" with the word and figure "Appendix 1".

3. Add the Procedure with appendix 2 following of content:
