About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2019 No. 34
Based on part two of article 38-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2019 No. 34 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for forming of the Republican form of medicines" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "article 5-2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 161-3 "About medicines" shall be replaced with words "article 38-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for forming of the Republican form of medicines approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 2 of the word "of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII";
in Item 11:
add with words ", except as specified, specified in part two of this Item";
add Item with part of the following content:
"Offers on possibility of inclusion (exception) of medicine (medicines) for treatment of orphan (rare) diseases in the Form are constituted in form according to appendix 2-1.";
