About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2021 No. 37

Based on the paragraph of the twenty second of part three of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of the sixteenth subitem 8.17 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2021 No. 37 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for forming of the list of the main medicines" the following changes:

preamble after the words "About Health Care"," to add with words "the paragraph of the sixteenth subitem 8.17 of Item 8 and";

to add part one of Item 8 of the Instruction on procedure for forming of the list of the main medicines approved by this resolution with paragraphs of the following content:

"obligatory for availability in drugstores of the first and second categories, and also in the drugstores of the fourth category located in the organizations of health care (except for the drugstores of the fourth category located in the organizations of health care providing specialized medical care);

obligatory for availability in drugstores of the third and fifth categories, and also in the drugstores of the fourth category located in the organizations of health care providing specialized medical care.";

to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to this Instruction it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
