About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Communities of Indigenous Ethnic Groups of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 20, 2000 No. 104-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of communities of indigenous ethnic groups of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 30, Art. 3122; 2002, No. 12, Art. 1093; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 6, Art. 636; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6961; 2018, No. 27, Art. 3947) following changes:

1) in Article 5:

a) "the organizations and" to add the name after words with the word "subject";

b) add with part three of the following content:

"The community of the small people can perform the any kinds of traditional economic activity of the small people and other types of activity which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation and answering the purpose of activities of community of the small people which are provided by its charter. The community of the small people can perform entrepreneurial and other revenue-producing activities only so far as it serves goal achievement for the sake of which it is created, and answers the specified purpose provided that such activities are provided by its charter.";

2) Article 6 to recognize invalid;

3) in Article 7:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 7. Relations of communities of the small people with public authorities, local government bodies, the organizations of all patterns of ownership and physical persons";
