To the citizens who are individual entrepreneurs, founders (participants) of the organizations, and also performing powers of sole executive body, called up for military service on mobilization, the draft commission on mobilization of citizens provides five working days for the solution of the organizational matters connected with further implementation of business activity including through authorized representatives. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish the features concerning the solution of the specified questions.
2. The restrictions and prohibitions established by the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 No. 76-FZ "About the status of the military personnel", concerning occupation business activity do not extend to the citizens who are individual entrepreneurs, founders (participants) of the organizations, and also performing powers of sole executive body, called up for military service on mobilization.
3. The citizens who are individual entrepreneurs, founders (participants) of the organizations, and also performing the powers of sole executive body which are called up for military service on mobilization can make the decision on the implementation of business activity through authorized representatives according to the procedure determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.".
