RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2012 No. 377

Based on the paragraph of the fourteenth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Third of Item 12 and part the fifth Item 27 of the Instruction on procedure for attraction of money by National Bank in deposits approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2012 No. 377, to state part in the following edition:

"If the electronic payment document of bank contains data, incorrect or insufficient for its proper execution, National Bank during the day of receipt of the electronic payment document requests from bank the additional information. For this purpose the National Bank in the automatic mode sends to bank through the BISS system inquiry in the form of the MH-message camt.035 (subtype 02) "The message in free format". In reply the bank sends to National Bank through the MH-message camt.035 system BISS (subtype 12) "The message in free format" with the additional information. If the MH-message camt.035 (the subtype 12) "The message in free format" arrives in National Bank with violation of requirements of the legislation, program way the MH-message of camt.026 "Variation/acceptance of Request" on mistake availability is created and goes to bank through SPFI. The bank can repeatedly direct the MH-message camt.035 (subtype 12) "The message in free format" in National Bank before closing of operational day of the BISS system.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
