1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860 "About approval of Rules of marking of shoe goods means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning shoe goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 28, Art. 3784; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1343, 1345; No. 21, Art. 3260; No. 27, Art. 4237; 2021, No. 3, Art. 594; No. 36, Art. 6428).

2. Declare invalid the paragraph the thirty first the subitem "o" of Item of 3 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2020 No. 952 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 27, the Art. 4237).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860

1. Add with Item 2 (1) the following content:

"2(1). Determine that participants of turnover of shoe goods according to the Rules approved by this resolution in the presence as of March 1, 2023 of the unrealized remaining balance of the shoe goods introduced into circulation till July 1, 2020 and registered in subsystem of the national catalog of the marked goods of information system of monitoring according to the subitem "b" of Item 34 of the Rules approved by this resolution in time till March 31, 2023 inclusive perform registration of remaining balance of shoe goods in subsystem of the national catalog of the marked goods of information system of monitoring and represent data according to the subitem "an" of Item 34 of the Rules approved by this resolution and also perform their remarking according to the procedures provided by the Section VIII of the Rules approved by this resolution.

If the participant of turnover of shoe goods in time till March 31, 2023 inclusive will not perform remarking of remaining balance of shoe goods according to paragraph one of this Item, codes of marking of such shoe goods are cancelled since April 1, 2023".

2. In Rules of marking of the shoe goods means of identification approved by the specified resolution:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. These rules establish procedure for marking by means of identification of shoe goods, procedure for representation by participants of turnover of shoe goods of information on turnover of the shoe goods in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, the characteristic of means of identification of shoe goods, requirements to participants of turnover of shoe goods, and also order of interaction of the specified information system with other state information systems and information systems of participants of turnover of shoe goods.";
