About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2022 No. 1552

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2022 No. 1552 "About establishment of case in case of which goods can arrive to the Russian Federation and decrease from the Russian Federation in the places which are not places of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 37, the Art. 6347).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2022 No. 1552

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "in the places which are not places of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the list according to appendix" shall be replaced with words "in the places specified in Items 1 - 3 lists of the places which are not places of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix (further - the list)".

2. Add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1).
