About entering of amendment into the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009

According to provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes, and Art. 6 of h (9) the item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Add appendix No. 11 "Codes of customs procedures" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), the following codes of customs procedures:
