About entering of changes into the Regulations on issue and use of permissions to motor transportation transportations approved by the Order of the Government No. 257/2017

Based on article 31-8 of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on issue and use of permissions to motor transportation transportations approved by the Order of the Government No. 257/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 149-154, 363), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) change is made only to the text in Romanian;

2) in Item 7:

a) litas. b) the subitem 24) to state in the following edition:

"b) it is replaced as a result of the announcement its lost, stolen or damaged;";

b) to add subitem 38-1) after the words "on the property right" with the text", leasing";
