About modification of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population approved by the Order of the Government No. 470/2006

Based on article 3-1 of the Law No. 121/2001 on additional social protection of some categories of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population approved by the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 73-74, 509), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the subitem h) Item 2 after the text "independence of the Republic of Moldova," to add with the text to "persons which were involved by the Ministry of Defence in collection of ammunition and military equipment, in mine clearing of the territory and objects after completion of fighting for protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova";

Item 5 in paragraph one after the text "based on the application submitted" to add 2) with the text "personally or through the representative authorized by the power of attorney or on representative powers based on the digital signature registered in the Register of representative powers based on the digital signature (MPower)";
